Sales Team Leader

We will train you to be a Master Fitter! The Sales Team Leader will take our training and expound upon it in all of her duties. No experience in bra fitting, no problem! We are looking for a natural leader who loves retail!

 

The Sales Team Leader is at her best when she is on the sales floor where the action is. She is in her element working with customers alongside her team; setting the example of the highest standards of fitting and customer service.

 

The Sales Team Leader will report to the Company Director and will lead her team using her experience and skill set in: coaching, inspiration and positive feedback with the goal of improving and bringing each team member to the next level. 

 

She sets the tone for what happens on the sales floor each day. She knows her team and has the skill set to bring out the best in each of them. She is her team's go to person for help. She has the ability to make quick customer service decisions . 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

Customer Service:

  • Ensure that all fitters are trained in delivering the highest “Bra~vo experience” through proper fitting techniques, positive selling behaviors and utilizing the Bra~vo Customer Commitments. 

  • As the store’s primary Ambassador you will learn the store’s clientele to support each fitter in her customer interaction, providing a more personal customer experience that will result in high customer engagement. 

 

Team Development:

  • Lead and develop her team through coaching, training and recognition. 

  • Conduct quick weekly one on one coaching sessions with each team member.

  • Review and utilize sales reports to help create a development plan for each fitter, focusing & challenging each fitter on areas to be improved. 

  • Monitor and address performance issues on a timely basis. 

  • Address team member concerns in a reasonable and fair manner, consistent with the company values. 

  • Recruit, interview, hire and train sales team members. 

  • Setting the plan for each day, ensuring every team member knows her part in the goal and daily plan. 

 

Sales:

  • Drive & exceed sales goals and customer engagement metrics.  

  • Review employee sales statistics and then train to bring up to goal. Consistent follow up for improvement. 

  • Offer buying input based on customer requests and buying habits. 

 

Sales Support:

  • Schedule her team for optimum sales while staying on budget. 

  • Scheduling quarterly team meetings with a customer service focused agenda. 

  • Ensure proper window & floor signage for every upcoming event. 

  • Maintain a clean, neat and easy to shop sales floor.

  • Keep company white board current with store metrics. 

 

Required skills: 

  • The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of a proven track record of successful sales team leader experience at a $2.5+ million level upscale retail store.

  • She will be professional in manner and dress. Adhering to company policies. 

  • She will possess excellent communication skills both verbal & written.

  • A flexible weekly schedule of 38 hours, based on store hours, (4-6 late nights per year for events)

  • Saturday schedule of 3 per month depending on sales season - Sunday & Mondays off.
